NSPIRE Defense ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or harvest user data. We do not deploy invasive third-party ad retargeting trackers, spyware, or cross-site tracking beacons.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver digital compliance kits:

• Order Fulfillment Information: When you purchase a compliance kit, our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Gumroad) collect your email address, billing name, and transaction details to fulfill order downloads and send receipts.
• Customer Support Inquiries: Any email correspondence you voluntarily initiate for technical or administrative assistance.
• Server Logs: Standard anonymous HTTP server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) collected for security, DDoS prevention, and routing integrity.

3. Payment Security (PCI-DSS Compliance)

We never store, see, or transmit full credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are processed directly by certified Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

4. Property Inspection Data Confidentiality

Any self-audit checklists, unit counts, address details, or scoring calculations you perform using our downloadable Excel models or printable documents remain 100% confidential and local to your device. We have zero access to your internal property records.

5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) & GDPR Rights

You have the right to request disclosure of any personal information we hold or request its permanent deletion at any time. Because we do not sell personal data, we do not require opt-out mechanisms for data sales.
